Lyndsay Babcock – Principal Clinical Psychologist & Founding Director

Lyndsay works with professional, high-functioning women in mid-life who are experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, and/or navigating the challenges of menopause. She supports clients to develop insight, confidence, and more fulfilling relationships through self-compassion, EMDR, and strengths-based approaches.
With a special interest in neurodivergence, Lyndsay brings a nuanced lens to clients who may also be quietly managing traits of ADHD, autism, and/or OCD.
She helps women make sense of how their past shapes their present, guiding them to shift unhelpful patterns and create more balance, clarity, and purpose in their lives.

Greg Prescott – Clinical Psychologist

Greg is a psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience. He values an honest and empathic therapeutic relationship, offering initial practical strategies to relieve symptoms and stress, followed by deeper work focusing on resolving underlying issues.
Greg predominantly works with professionals, executives and front line workers who are seeking to manage trauma, anxiety, depression and stress. Greg also works with parents and families to support healthy development and relationships.
Greg has led responses to major incidents including the Sydney Lindt Cafe siege, the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, and the death of Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes. It is from these events that he has come to develop a passion and understanding for helping others through crises and life changes to assist them in being their best at home and at work.
